Hello, I had a potential partner to reach a business idea of software products (which is not already there, automated but a lot), and releases the 50% partnership in the company with 0 risks, 0 investment and no commitment to any liability, with serious consequences if negligence or failure. I said that is not reasonable that only an idea, you pay 50% of association, without any responsibility or risk serious or investment. Even to implement his idea that has business strategists and analysts podíanutilizarse done more and possibly without his help. I offered 40-60 Partnership and is not happy. Is it reasonable to what I'm doing? I responjsible for business strategy, venture capital financing, technical development strategy product installation and operation of the company and also the initial investments to put legal, business analysis and other pre-financing costs.
You're absolutely right. Ideas alone do not EVER get 50%. Most of the time that would be receiving only a quarter! I say break up with him, he explains, you can tell do the job, are paid only a sum for the copyright the software, or take its 30% cut.
