Hello, We are actually in the same place you are. Unfortunately, we have been dealing with them during last 3 weeks. He began to send us money since it was adopted and then proceeded to reality for some reason red flag because they thought that my file can not be identity theft with my file. Apparently, I do not complete the paperwork correctly, with regard to my responsibilities. Anyway, before I have my husband apply, of course, is approved. So basically, both sent money and since then I have been a red flag, his case had been terminated this. So now, they were told it would reimburse my money and then we would have to reopen another file, but only after receiving my check. So sent my check and had to be here now. Hmmmmm, have begun to return my call …….. Flippin any way. So basically I have been calling and leaving many messages without response. I will now realize the BBB, and any other place I could imagine. So what who basically do not know what to say except that this really sucks! Sorry, could not fail to know before you send money: (
