Should I finance my closing costs?
Hello everyone, I'm about to buy my first house. It will be a first home, obviously, and I think of the time there for about 3-5 years. have enough money to pay 20% down payment and closing costs, but would allow little excess spending at random. Was it a good idea to finance my closing costs into the mortgage? What are some advantages and disadvantages of doing so? Thank you!
